Anthon88: My name is Anthony Iorio, I am 34 years old and I fell in love with bodybuilding and fitness in middle school. My grandfather had all the classic bodybuilding magazines and he used to let me borrow a few at a time. I started working out with my grandfather in his garage and eventually my own home gym. I worked out throughout high school and started learning about nutrition. I got very serious with my lifting and dieting at 22 years old and have never looked back. I strive to push myself every day both mentally and physically, and enjoy sharing this passion with other fitness enthusiasts and those looking to start their fitness journey.
